Refs give Kansas 3 calls late, not enough

they both were charges to me, but you can't ever tell with officials and when it comes down the stretch like that.

I was surprised to see those called as charges. Bill Self went crazy. You can tell the KY's and KU's of the basketball nation expect to get all those calls late in the game.

Its the toughest call to make in college basketball. Put 20 refs in a room, show em a play in the lane with contact, and 7 will call a charge while 9 will call a blocking foul. The other 4 will say play on.

Why? Becauseunlike someone stepping on a line, a blocking foul/charge istotally subjective.

The college game needs that semi circle that the NBA has. That would atleastsignificantly help lessen the number of times a call has to be made subjectively.

That's what I love about Mega March Madness on Direct TV. They show the refs huddled up before each game getting their instructions from the NCAA on how to get the glamor teams a W.
