I hadn't heard that East Rock Madison flip thing? I thought Points ruled until a tie.
If those swapped back, it would match the matchups I had in my calcs.

The Bull run teams are being seeded based on District finish, they both were 2-4, and Madison beat ER

Sorry, deleted my post. Went back and saw what you had posted previously. You responded too quick, ha.
Thanks for the help.

If Strasburg wins and say Buckingham wins and Clarke wins. Does Strasburg get the lower seeded of those two or do they get the winner of draft and Clarke?

Winner of 1/8 plays winner of 4/5
Winner of 2/7 plays Winner of 3/6

Higher seed hosts.

Once get to State Semifinals, Region A winner plays Region B winner. That game will be played at the location of the team of the Higher Rating

The match-ups are correct, but I made a mistake (whether it was or not at the time). I had Rock Ridge beating Lightridge, yet it was reversed. I am ALMOST Positive that what I read was Rock Ridge winning 35-34.

So, what that means is Luray should be 26.70, Clarke 23.50, and East Rock 20.60.

Semi's are played at the home of the team with the higher rating At The End of The Regular Season. Some, including myself that don't know much about the ratings, use to think the ratings Continued to be calculated through the playoffs to determine who hosts in the Semi's. Sounds crazy, but I thought this way for a couple years and so did some other fans. So, just wanted to add for those like me that aren't rating inclined. The power rating right now (at the end of the regular season) is used for who hosts the semifinals of the state, and teams that win their regions don't get a new rating or recalculation based on their 3 playoff wins.
