Top 3 seeds get byes. 4-13, 5-12, 6-11 7-10, 8-9. Then 1 plays 8-9, 2 plays 7-10, 3 plays 6-11 and 4-13 plays 5-12. All these games are at the higher seeds. Semi-finals will be at neutral sites and the finals are suppose to be at Radford Univ.

Yea districts first. Looks like we have a possibility to play RadforD 4 times this year, how lucky can a team get :(

How was seeding determined? Couldn't have been by just lower point system?

Yes. You receive points for every win you get. And in some cases, if you're playing up a class or two, you receive some even for losing. You take the total number of points received and divide that by the number of games played to figure out your team's average. Teams are then seeded by that average.

Not mentioned here is the girls seeds which sees a top 4 of:

1. Martinsville
2. Chatham
3. Gretna
4. Floyd

So, this means that after the Region C semis, either Mavahi or Floyd are finished which can not make either of those teams very happy. Lol

Thanks, I knew how the point system was awarded just didn't know how it was applied.
