The way things are looking there should be some good games in the first couple rounds of 1C playoffs this year. Right now the top 8 are (in no particular order)

Galax, Giles, PM and Covington
East Mont, Grayson, GW and Narrows.

Some interesting rematches as well as Giles and Narrows and Galax and Grayson could meet up in playoffs. Some pretty big across town rivalries that could be meeting in playoffs.

I think that Galax, Giles, and PM have locked in seeds 1-3. I also think that Narrows is locked at #8. I see East Mont potentially beating Narrows but losing to PM and Covington placing them in 7th. Grayson, GW, and Covington are a toss up for seeds 4-6. There is actually a good chance that Galax, Giles, and PM avoid a first round rematch if seeds 6-8 are Grayson, East Mont, then Narrows.

I think GW and Grayson finish 4&5, not sure which way. Looks to me like 6, 7 & 8 will be Narrows, EMont, and Covington fighting for those seeds. If that works out, could be 3 first round rematches. GW/GC, Giles/Narrows, PM/with any of the ,6,7,8

Hopefully Covington doesnt pull a fast one this Friday and actually plays. They're good when they actually do play and have, traditionally, been a thorn in the Blues side. I'd put PM in the same category as Grayson for now with Giles maybe slightly ahead and Galax all alone at the top. We'll see after Friday where Covington stands..if they do decide to play..

To be the man, you have to beat the man. And the man in Region C is Galax all day and twice on Sunday’s. Giles is definitely coming on and PM will have its moments but realistically you can piss on the fire and call in the dogs because this hunt is already over.
