Not so fast our defense in northeastern is pretty good but we will see next week
Lionel Long has 1,591 yards and 33 rushing TDs while averaging 9.4 per carry (also has 254 yards receiving and 5 TDs)
Travion Canada (now at Winston-Salem State) ended the 2018 season with 1,549 yards and 21 TDs while averaging 9.4 per carry (also had 475 receiving and 6 TDs)
In 2007, Tayon Graves finished with Rams school record of 2,173 yards and averaged 8.0 per carry. In the regional championship game against Southern Vance (in a 49-19 victory), he set the single game school records of 285 yards and 7 touchdowns.
The Rams beat Shelby 28-20 the next week to complete and undefeated season (the first of three in a row).
Also note that Tayon Graves had 1,690 yards as a junior and 1,522 as a sophomore.

Long is listed on the roster as 152 pounds ... I think that might be a mistake. He certainly looks bigger than that when he runs over and through tacklers.
I suspect that the smaller cornerback for West Stokes that he bulldozed on the goal line would agree with you.
He should be on some radars now. I would say he might be a late bloomer on the recruiting circle.
