First off its Owen not owen. Lol, with my screen name 2nd we dont have much of a shot but hopefully we can keep it respectable. If your line play is not a strength then it could be better. If you are real strong on the line then you will simply out athlete us. We may have 1 or 2 athletes that can play with any 11 you put on the field. We are young but should get better the next couple years. Just glad to be in the playoffs again.
Reidsville is minus one of their main skill players due to an injury and it might be two pending a final injury report.
This is a young Reidsville team as well with quarterback only a sophomore, one of about six sophomores who start. Rams haven't been scored on since Sept. 21 (5 straight shutouts). Reidsville, meanwhile, has not been shutout in 303 consecutive games.
Rams averaging 48.5 points per game ... allowing 5.5.
Owen averaging 22, allowing 34.

yes! Definelty see Reidsville winning this game. Would love to see them go back to states for the 3rd year in a row
Owen just getting into the playoffs is a win for them.A good start to get back to where they were under coach Ford.
Coach Ford was there a long time. Where is he now?
From looking at the records he knew a good time to bow out.
He is retired. There was talent when he left. The kids just wouldn't play for the new coach. It's hard to replace a legend. The kids wanted to play for Ford. Now they have forgotten him and have bought in a little more with Padgett. Hopefully that continues.
Owen losses are to 3 seed Mtn Heritage 2a, 2 seed Mitchell 1a, 2 seed AC Reynolds 3aa, 8 seed Brevard 2a, 11 seed Hendersonville 2a and 14 seed Franklin 2aa. Those 6 teams are a combined 47-17. Our schedule did us no favors.
Owen fans planning to stay in Reidsville after the game, I suggest the Holiday Inn Express.

Tough schedule for sure but none of those teams have the offense you will see from the Rams. Don't be late or you could miss a lot of TDs.
I'm sure Reidsville is a fine team. I'm sure we havent seen many teams like them but AC Reynolds is pretty dang good. MItchell and Mtn Heritage are too but ACR probably compares better as far as athletes.
I'm not sure if any of you guys went to the meeting of the mouths in the mid 2000's at the Hickory Golden Corral but I met some Reidsville fans then. I know one guy brought some bbq.
I’m in enemy territory. I live about 8 minutes from Randleman High School. Short trip home in a few weeks.

I disagree with Reidsville being given #2 seed. We can’t help our conference is weak. We beat 4A teams and 3A teams. We deserved #1 seed.
when do you guys possibly see some competition for reidsville in playoffs. If we win friday who will we possibly play next week ?
at least we will have a few home games. I definelty think Rams have a chance to go back to states. They just have to work super hard.
You got some inside information? I think they'll hold him out this week and see if they can get by Black Mountain without him.
I doubt they will be holding him out. I heard that he said he was fine and would be playing this friday.
