I figure with all the hype surrounding our team this year and the talk of our Montana-like backups I'll go ahead and put an extra wool coat on, and go all deuce.

Odds anybody?

Relf is just going to be a good serviceable QB, just what we need.

Yes, the Bears would have out Heisman bumper stickers.

and that is a VAST improvement over what we have been used to for a long time. Let's leave it at that for now!

threading it through receivers....Favre apparently doesn't miss passes....Dak runs faster than Vince Young. If Relf is ahead of both of them Shirley he's one of the best in the nation. And I'm being Frank and Earnest here.

For whatever reason, this isn't raising any red flags regarding our defense.

When I was bored one night after that article came out about Ralph being a dark-horse Heisman candidate I made this bumper sticker. Didnt know if people would really want to display them. Could be tweaked a little also. Just a 15 min rough draft.

That would fit well with my pipe dream of us winning a MNC.

Whatever. I'm hoping Ralph has a mythical year.

He needs 10 strong guys in front of him,
and 11 strong guys (defense) behind him.

for considering Ralph as a Heisman dark-horse? Please enlighten me.

Last year he split time the first 4-5 games and still put up huge numbers for a MSU QB. If he plays all 12 games at the pace of his last 3 from last season, he passes for over 3000 yards and can rush for over 1000. There arent many QB's that can do this and thats just if he doesnt improve any. I believe we all know he will be improved so shy not enjoy having a good QB for once in who knows how long?

Seriously man. You are embarrassing this board, your school and most importantly yourself. The combination of retarded optimism and 4th grade graphic design is more than I can bear. You should have thrown some Comic Sans in there to, you know, class it up a bit! The weepy Bulldog in the corner with the poor man's Nike logo layered on it is the cherry on top of the **** sundae. Ugh...

I always thought we were better than this sort of thing. If this isn't a bannable offense, what does it take?

In case you forgot, Tyler Russell was on ESPNs list after the Memphis game last year.

If I see a Relf for Heisman bumper sticker, I'm tearing it off.

that HD6 wrote about our team, expectations, and some hope... While Godfrey wrote about... well... us.

Either that, or the editors of that magazine suck.

That said, I like his articles.

and averaged stats. Now looking back on the entire season, and games when he made more than 20 attempts, he should be able to reach the 2500 yard mark, and judging on how well the team does and if he is the integral part of the offense, he could be mentioned in the Heisman race late in the season. He will have his rushing yards and TD's. He was splitting time pretty much the first half of the season and still had pretty good numbers at the end of the season.

I'm basing this on how he developed throughout the season and how much his passing game improved. If we decide to be a little more balanced on offense and Mullen trusts Relf more, I don't see any reason he can't pass for 2500.
