They usually get "hints" as to about when their "random" drug test is going to be. A friend of mine told me the other day about an NFL player he knew who had failed 2 drug tests and served the suspensions. The guy knew the DAY he would be tested to be reinstated into the league and still failed it. My friend asked him one day how he could have failed the drug test when he knew exactly when it was going to be. The guy just said, "I ask myself that all the time too."
