First of all, Auburn is a legit team. Definitely the best team we've faced this year. They have big receivers and Marshall never looked rattled back there. So give them some credit. They weren't the #2 team for nothing, and I expect them to be in the playoff discussions for the coming weeks unless another they drop another.

That said folks, time to lay out how you think the rest of the year goes:

Kentucky is playing well above where anyone thought they would. I hope we don't overlook them just because of recent history. We have two weeks to plan and Lexington won't be a cakewalk. UK has played us tough on their field plenty of times, and if we go in with a big #1 by our name, then that's added incentive for them. The way Alabama played last night, I think we should be able to take them. Even though it's at their place and I'm sure there will be refs to overcome. Arkansas looked like the team we thought they would be at the beginning of the season. Maybe they peaked against A&M. Both those games look very winnable now. UTMartin and Vandy should be easy wins.

But there looms Ole Miss at VHS. Eerie how both our games started out with 21-0 leads.

12-0. I'm a believer.

Bama and om are both very good defensively, but I don't think either are in the same ballpark with our offense. Our defense is getting better and better. Our defense has the luxury of not having to play perfect in big games. I'm not so sure om and bama can say that.

Don't think UK will be able to stop Dak. They're capable of giving us a good game, but with a bye week we should be ready.

Our defense matches up extremely well against Arkansas's offense.

We should let Dak go home at halftime against UTM.

Bama in Tuscaloosa is still extremely tough. I don't think we will be favored in that game, but Dak is much better than Sims and I think our defense is just as good or better than theirs. But again, it's on the road.

The Egg Bowl will be a low scoring affair much like last season.

While Ole Miss has a really good defense, I still think an effective power running game can give them trouble. I love that they play at Arkansas the week before us while we get Vandy.

I'll say 10-2 at worst, but we are capable of winning every game on our schedule for sure.

Open State - W
Kentucky - W in a tough game
Arkansas - W - in a not so tough as KY game (I hope)
UT Martin - W - to take us into uncharted territory - never before played them as an undefeated team
Alabama - W - weeping by Capstone nation in T-town that night, when we win in last 2 minutes and they can't answer
Vandy - W - tough Latin test for most of the team the following Monday and their minds will be somewhere else

UM - I flipped the coin three times and in 1/3 flips we won, 1/3 flips they won and the third flip landed on the edge and stuck in a crack in the floor. My hope at the moment is that Auburn beats the pants off UM and They get beat up bruised up broken down in Arkansas.

We are having BBQ Chicken thighs and legs for lunch and I will cast bones later in the day to see if I can get a better reading on the outcome of Black Bears game.

Anyone know what seeing a wooly worm standing on his back legs, looking south means?

Any other year, I assume we slip up in a game we should win. Not this time. There is something magic happening with team. Talking some thick, unshakeable juju. We are inevitable. Anybody know where I buy national championship tickets?

12-0. We're simply better than Kentucky, Bama & Arkansas. Egg Bowl's going to be huge, but I think we get it to finish 12-0.

I will say 11-1. Running the table is definitely possible but on the road at Bama and Miss are tough wins.
