the debate was over the idea that the bikes would all be stolen within weeks. well the results are in.

NO ONE WANTS PEEWEE HERMAN'S 17ING BIKE.

kudos to MSU for the program and for figuring out how to keep the bikes on campus.

spd and msupd were riding through the cotton district last weekend looking for them. they saw a few girls riding them and made them take the bikes back to campus and walk home.

thats about all they have going for them. Still a good thing most people have taken advantage of the program in the way it was meant for.</p>

think its more like 30 or so out of 50. The rest have been stolen and the police say its not their problem haha...even though several have been spotted on the backs of rv's. I mean come on, how could you not know they would be lifted? They ought to take the last ones and auction them off to get their money back...damn fools

we actually spent money on this or did they have some federal money that was going to be wasted and had to spend it?

I toldy ou fellas they'd get stolen, not saying everyone else wasnt in agreeance.

They should donate these things to applebee's and other chains around the state to hang on the walls.

Would look great in oby's

It's your duty as a citizen to report to the police if you see these things on the back of an RV. How hard would it be to get on your cell phone and call it in? Obama spoke about taking more of a role in civic duty in his inaugural speech. He really has a good point. I wouldn't hesitate to report it to the police if I saw someone stealing one of those bikes. That kind of crap just pisses me off. Do those people have no shame? I am not saying everyone should be a snitch, but if we don't police ourselves in a civilized manner then none of us can enjoy these sorts of perks. The same thing goes for tailgating. It is your civic duty to report any *** hattery going on in the junction during tailgating season. Things such as excessive littering and over the top debauchery should not go unchecked. And if you are one of the douche-bags stealing bikes or littering in the junction then I hope a tornado comes and takes your trailer away and dumps it somewhere in Alabama or Arkansas where you belong.
