Turns out, that backup aircraft was needed after one of the helicopters crashed. So the military benefited from close scrutiny from a commander in chief who was actively involved knowing he was ultimately responsible for the outcome of the mission.
Contrast that with Trumplethinskin who blindly follows his "best generals"..."most respected generals in decades" (were these generals just commissioned since Trumplethinskin was elected?) and rubber stamps it and then has the audacity to blame the mission's failures of both loss of life and loss of a $75 million Asprey on the generals? What a piece of **** he is.
