How nice of the police, they drop the charges. What the hell, he passed a roadside breathalizer test, then another at the police station. Then they arrested him. He then took urinalysis tests police and independent that came back negative, then he gets cleared of charges. What the hell did they arrest him for to begin with. Wasn't drinking enough based on breath test so he must have been on drugs? Shouldn't have arrested him to begin with....
