his commitment on Sunday. USC and UCLA are obviously the favorites but we're in the conversation. He is the missing piece that could make next year's very good team, assuming JV is back and no one defects other than Augustus, a great team.

Do you really think we have a legit chance? It seems as though we have been in it possibly, but I just dont see him coming here. I think that would be a very big surprise if he did. Do you think there is a legit shot to get him?

He hasn't mentioned us in his interviews for awhile. He's more than likely going to USC.

I agree it's a long shot and I'm not expecting it. Just passing along the info. However, he did tell ESPN to put on his list for the televised game a few weeks ago.

If he gets the same deal O.J. Mayo and Reggie Bush got, he will be a Trojan. Obviously USC can do anything they want in recruiting.

Jerry Meyer is calling him to UCLA. Says he just got a solid offer from the Bruins

Ole Miss. One of my sources said they were full on post players and would only be offering a grey shirt.

that he said Ole Miss told him they would be using him in the Wild Rebel. Looks like they are making a strong push for him.

it's southern California.. lots of weasly wannabe agent types lurking and actual agencies too.. the Mayo deal "allegedly" started in high school and just continued at USC. The Reggie Bush thing was some ex-con wannabe agent trying to get in on the ground floor with Bush and his parents.

One of 2 things:

1. The Shmuley Chance in Hell Diagnostic is broken; or
2. The Chance in Hell of signing this guy really IS zero.
