It was painful to watch that kid on TV last night sit on the bench in street clothes. Does anyone really think the NCAA will let him play this year at all? I have a bad feeling this kid will never see the court at MSU or anywhere else for that matter due to the sheer arrogance of the NCAA brass. Our attorney in this deal appears to have really ticked them off and they will not make a ruling to show everyone who is boss. What a shame.</p>

It's a joke, we have to have at least one "Sidney will be cleared" post per week... It should be added to the lexicon

Everyone keeps talking about him going to Europe to play, but I'm honestly not sure that that is a legit option for him. Andy Katz and Chad Ford (I think) have each mentioned this on ESPN.com, and they both say due to him not playing a meaningful game in the last 8-10 months and being out of shape then teams aren't exactly going to be jumping at the chance to sign him. As he is right now, he's not ready to play in Europe, and those teams aren't going to sign him and pay him to get ready to play in those games while they are trying to compete for their league championship. Sure some team could jump up and offer him a shot, but I'd say his chances of going to Europe to play if he wanted to would be slim.
