They've mainly discussed the Tennessee/Daniel Hood case. On the one call they did take about basketball eligibility, Sidney never came up. The lawyer said that the NCAA "investigates" a number of top prep players every year to make sure they didn't take any money, cars, etc. He said nearly all get through and the worst case is a player will lose 2-5 games.

Edit - Some also called in with the tidbit that Nick Saban exchanged two signed footballs to get out of a speeding ticket. He was going 84 in a 55. Obviously another riveting day on Finebaum.

Was that all of the accusations against Sidney are totally unfounded and based on rumor. Stated that the cost of living in LA is much higher than in MSand that the Sidneys have not been living a lavish or extravagant lifestyle. Said that they are confident that Sidney will be in Maroon and Whit this fall. He is a very intelligent and insightful guy. If you didn't know, he is the guy that represented Jackie Butler, Mario Austin and Einstien himself, Jerell Powe.

I agree with this statement. A million dollar house in LA is not extravagant at all. Most of us probably live in larger houses. The cost of living is just different.
