replacement clappers confirmed!

Today I received 5 cowbell clappers from this place - http://www.bell-outlet.com/cowbells.htm And for the low, low price of 75 cents each.

When I ordered, I asked for the size clapper that comes with their largest bells (7 3/4"). Turns out these are exactly the same size and shape as the original clappers that came in my now-neutered shelf full of retired cowbells. Tonight, they get new life!

Heck, I should start a cowbell repair bidness.

It was clapperless and the side is cracked, but it's time to bring it back. The clapper actually broke in the first quarter at LaTech. And I don't mean came out, I mean broke.
It returns, though, as the current bell has not brought good luck. We can't have that on Saturday night.
