after his foot hit the ground and he appeared to have posession at the time. I`m not an official nor are those announcers but it looked like a bad call to me.

Can you not understand the rule just posted? You have to maintain control all the way. You can't drop the ball. This does not fall under the ground causing a fumble rule because until it is a catch you can't fumble. Dude quotes the rule and you still don't understand?

He was down when his knee hit the ground and he had posession. It was a judgement call and the ref blew it. Ever seem that happen nimrod ?

Rarely will a receiver catch it and the ball be the first thing to hit the ground. You're almost always going to have the player "down" first because some part of his body hits the ground, but if they don't hold on, it's not a catch.
