Well at least our fanbase isn't going to blow a gasket over this one. Its just one recruit, we have 25 that pretty much want to be bulldogs through and through. <div>
</div><div>Our recruiting class is looking good right now. Once we close out this class with Bo, R Brown, B Brown, Jefferson, Kimbrow and Moore (some combination of them anyway) I think everyone will be pleased with what Mullen has been able to do this year in recruiting. Only four real misses this year, the arkansas WR (but we got F. Brown), Jason Croom (mom posts to their version of swan lake so that wasn't happening), Channing Ward (brother already plays at OM and we didn't really have a good position with him), and Kimbrow (may be coming back into the fold late).</div><div>
</div><div>Our class looks to be in good shape and looking good for some victories.</div><div>
</div><div>Tsun got a good one, no doubt. I wish Ward luck with his career, except around Thanksgiving.</div>

Not that it matters... but I found it interesting that ESPN listed Auburn, Alabama, LSU, and Ole Miss as the schools he was considering.

I hate we missed out on this talented fella, but if he was able to score a scholly for his brother as has been speculated on this board, then that was the way to go. Having a brother myself, I can't say I wouldn't have done the same (though I'd have already whipped his no talented butt for picking TSUN in the first place).

Mr. Ward, I wish you much individual success - however, I hope your team doesn't win a game the whole time you're there (don't worry, scouts can pick talent from trash cans, too...they just leave the game earlier).

Just remember, if you are lucky enough to defeat LSU and/or MSU and win the Magnolia Bowl and Egg Bowl trophies, respectively, you are NOT allowed to call that a championship. Dick Cross says so.

Then he made the correct decision.

Can't believe he actually said, and I quote, "I feel at home there, and I'll be taken care of". Not like that was a shocker but why say it to millions of viewers? Why not keep your mouth shut?

they are correct. We never were really in it for him. I told you guys that a long time ago. I thought he would go out of state till a couple of weeks ago. It was always going to be UM if he stayed in. I'll comment on him again AFTER signing day.
