Flash ticket is really the easiest. The fee is quite steep, but I guess it's worth it if you don't like to gamble. We went to the LSU game last night and I didn't get tickets ahead of time. Even the staplers didn't have reserve tickets to sell, and anyone that had them wanted $150+. I kept checking Flash online and jumped on some for face value ($35).
There's a lot of neutral fans there, and the really good seats are hard to come by or sky high.

Register on the site, and enter the credit card you want to use to purchase. Find the tickets you want and purchase. You will get a confirmation email. Be sure to take that card to the stadium. A flash ticket rep in a yellow shirt will scan your credit card at the gate and instantly print ticket stubs. It's very easy.
