Rick Stansbury will be on Supersport930. They might take some questions from what transpires from the replies that will hopefully follow. Try to be legit.

What's the ONE question you'd like to ask Rick Stansbury?

change your decision to get involved with Sidney? If so, why?

Rick, what is it about the 2-3 zone that makes it so difficult to gameplan your offense around?

[Dammit, my reading comprehension skillz suxes - that's 2 questions].

do you remember Darryl Wilson? Do you remember how Richard Williams ran staggered screens for him constantly to get him shots as well as getting others open thru exploiting help defense? Could you call him and ask him how to do that for Ravern?

Also Coach, what exactly is your offensive philosophy? Besides standing around and shooting 3's of course...

seems we run in spurts, win the SEC, give out in the NCAA's, win 9 straight, give out. What are you going to change to make a difference?

Coach, who normally wins the "around the world" competition that takes the place of actual practice time?

Why do we mass substitute in the first half, and then in the second half almost never at all? What is it about our bench players (other than Phil) that prevents them from getting more than 6-8 minutes per game?

Coach, this team relies heavily on three point shooting. As we all know, the shots aren't going to fall every night. When you encounter such a night and realize early on that your outside shooting is cold, what would you say your gameplan is... specifically from an offensive structure standpoint?

Why doesn't Romero Osby get more minutes?

A few years ago, your teams heavily utilized the 1-3-1 halfcourt trapping zone with much success. Why haven't you gone back to it since?

What are your thoughts on out of conference scheduling philosophies? Is it better to schedule tough for tourney preparation or take easy wins for record purposes?

How would you define your offensive mentality as a head coach to an incoming recruit?

With Romero Osby getting what is referred to as garbage minutes... Do you expect him to transfer so that his talents can be used instead of wasted?

for half court offense. Would Richard have made the runs in the NCAA's without your recruiting abilities? We all know he would not have. Just saying do you recognize your own strengths and weaknesses as a head?

When our outside shooting isnt working, are adjustments made such as going to a traditional 2 post player setup? This would require Kodi to actually post up though.

What has happened to Turner's play? Is it the inconsistent playing time? Is it his lack of defined role on the court on offense?

Is Turner's defense really not as good as Stewart's?

Does Kodi charge this often in practice too?

Does Stewart have the greenlight to shoot literally from anywhere on the court?

What does Osby have to improve on to see the court more often? Are his shortcomings really that much worse than the shortcomings of those that are playing extended minutes?

Well thats 9. It all cant be answered with just 1 question i guess.

Assume for a second we **** the bed and don't make the NCAA tournament for whatever reason.....Once every assistant coach, less Marcus Grant, is shown the door at the end of the season, will it be awkward relinquishing control of game planning, practice, and in-game coaching decisions?

What was the rub with Stan Jones?...why did he leave? How was it possible that he was able to get players to practice hard and run structured and productive offensive sets and inbounds plays during games? Why don't we do that anymore?

Do you think it was wise decision to cuss Greg Bryne after he relieved the basketball SID of his duties?

If Ravern continues to play like a ***** as SEC teams with athletic 3's turn up the defensive pressure on him, how long will you wait before you give Romero substantial minutes there? Will it kind of be like Kodi last year where you wait till the end of the season or will we do it sooner after we lose a few more games?

Why does Barry Stewart continue to shoot so much when we have other scorers with better shooting %'s? Please don't discuss shooters shooting their way out of a slump....Barry has been in a 2.5 yr slump.

Are Kodi's talents wasted on the perimeter? Why wouldn't we use his size advantage to set up plays for him down low to take advantage of other teams that play a little player at the 4? Did I say run a set play.....oh, sorry, nevermind that one.

Why aren't you hoarse this year?

Do you miss Larry Templeton.....Think before you answer, it might be a trick question!

good point jamdawg96 very good point. that defense, with brandon vincent at the top by the half court line, and bowers underneath the goal, that was a scary good defense. We erased an 18 point deficit at Alabama that year with that defense and it has since dissappeared.

my question would be about why that defense has not been utilized in some time, or why our guards are allowed to run down the court and jack up a careless shot rather than run some sort of semblance of an offensive set

"Why are you wasting your time on a reeeeally bad radio show that struggles to hit double digits in listeners?"

Seriously, the Midol boys on 620 am look like pros compared to this show. Both shows are dwarfed by the Bo Bounds show. Bo Bounds may be an egomaniac who gives every detail of his family vacation to DisneyWorld, but Bounds also gets great guests.
