Recruiting high school kids is typically a roll of the dice if you don't spend a lot of time with them, prior to simply tossing out an offer. Coaching them at the college level is really the most important aspect, and putting them into a position to succeed. So only two out of seven panned out. Maybe they should have spent more time getting an education than trying ti improve their recruiting profile. This is what is wrong with college athletics.
Would love to have another Noel Devine. We haven't had that kind of RB since he was here. Last several years we've had no speed at all.
Leddie Brown…Good numbers out of a couple of the backs. Curious if anybody knows if the non 4/5 star backs accounted for more than that many yards since 2002. Slaton accounted for a bunch of yards.
