With 10 seconds left, I run a pass play to give me at least 2 tries.

It just didn't work out but the play was there. Today, we didn't have a great play call in that situation. A play action pass with 10 seconds with the option to throw it away and run another play would be my preference, or hell, even the same jump pass from 2 years ago would have been preferred over what we did.
