The team has given up. ****** tackling. ****** coverage. Your 5-star QB looks like a walk-on scrub. The effort isn’t there. The playcalling isn’t there. The ability to turn the momentum isn’t there.

Fire Satt.
Fire White.
Fire the WR coach.
Fire Raiola.

Hire a capable OC.
Hire a capable DC.
Hire a special teams coordinator. (What’s Busch doing these days?)

This is nauseating. If no changes are made, Preacher must go.

White is not that great. Converting third and long on him is as easy as clubbing baby seals.

Rhule better have a damn good year in 2025, if it ends up like the one that's playing out now, you really have to consider letting him go.

The worst of the coaching was the total F up clock management of Rhule. They should have had plenty of time on that last drive. Rhule is what Carolina thought he was. Maybe he can get another shot at the Temple job.

Callahan is to Cosgrove as Rhule is to Satt. There isn’t anything left to defend offensively, not even a generational QB. Pretty fvcking insane.

We've spent the last two decades trying to go away from the formula that won consistently here for 4 decades. But I'm sure one of these times, it will work.

The only guy I would fire right now is Satterfield. The defense wasn't stellar by any stretch but the fact that the offense can't sustain any drives is far more of an issue. I actually think the OL play pretty well. They weren't making holes for the OL and weren't giving Raiola time but he kept panicking and wan't seeing open receivers until they weren't open.
The WR blocking is still an issue but it didn't cost us the game. Haarberg might actually be the better QB at this moment in time because he can run the ball.

Do you trust that he’s gonna bring anybody better in? I mean, what the hell, let’s fire them, but when you’ve got somebody doing the firing and making the hiring who has never assembled to staff that’s won anything of significance, I’m not gonna hold my breath that it’s going to be any better than what we’ve seen.

That’s fair. I don’t trust anything he says or any of his hires at this point. That said, we have the worst OC in Division 1. It truly cannot get much worse…at least from an offensive standpoint.

I’m curious if Rhule is going to go down with his ship, Callahan style, and hang onto his buddies too long.

Well, Yes. The offensive production is truly too subpar to continue with the same OC. Let me ask this? Do you feel that Satt, running this same offense, can win any of the last three games? We haven't scored 40 points but one time all year, against a team that multiple lower division teams have scored equally as much.

Yeah and if we had a competent offense that would give our defense some time to rest, that would help too
UCLA sustained drives and won time of possession. The bend but still break defense is pretty ****** also! Try sitting on the sideline for 8-10 min and go out and get in an offensive rhythm. Offensively we are putrid though I will agree with that

You like the special teams? Foley should be gone as well.

White made adjustments. Satt is just plain bad
It might have been the 2nd quarter and Rahmir rips off a couple nice runs, the last one he just got caught on the foot. So maybe it was a 5 yarder and a 8-9 yarder, but he was looking fresh, with good speed, maybe he was feeling his oats today or just seeing the holes really well. So, what does he do, heads right to the frigging bench.

Call me crazy, but If I had a kid who was really feeling it, I'd run him till his tongue was hanging out. But WE can't do that because the next plays involved a scheme that doesn't include Rahmir. I'm positive the DC's on UCLA don't realize that, right? Satt's a dipshit. Or Barthel, or likely both.

UCLA absolutely begged us to run on them. They dared us to take 3 - 5 yard runs. Like every other coach over the last decade other teams know we won't do what is necessary to win and would rather play a certain style.

I would prefer Rhule hire an OC from one of the service academies at this point. Dylan has potential I just doubt it’ll be realized here.

Satt must have been having an anxiety attack today. I think the job he did today was as bad or worse than what he did at IU. Awful. Some of the play designs were not possible to be executed against the fronts we lined up against. I don’t think DR understands the blocking schemes well enough to get us in a better play at the LOS. Satt is awful. Most of the time DR didn’t have enough time on the play clock to audible even if he had wanted to.

Yeah it’s a bye week. At the least he should change play calling duties.
There was some analysis of Thomas’s performance earlier this week and he fared no better than Satt historically. Hell, give the play calling to our 24 year old WR coach but tell him he has to call at least 65% run plays at a minimum.

The whole thing is a mess. Game over.
