I think I'll pull out the headphones and mind meld with the cosmic purveyors of rock and roll for a while.

I think I'll pull out Dark Side of the Moon and listen to his piano epic "Great Gig in the Sky' as well as "Us and Them".He composed the beginning notes of the 23 minute gem "Echoes" from the album "Meddle".
He was a great vocalist as well, but he didn't contribute much material on the "Wall" album, thus leading to a falling out with Roger Waters and the band broke up for a few years. I hope he and Roger reconciled their differences following the Pink Floyd Reunion concert a couple of years ago. I know Nick Mason, the drummer, and Roger made peace, but I think Gilmour and Richard Wright still hadn't forgiven Roger following the lawsuits they had to see who should keep the Pink Floyd name.
Kind of ironic that he and founding member Syd Barrett would pass within a year of each other, he looked healthy the last time I saw him on TV.
Kind of amazing that Keith Richards of the Stones has outlived so many others.

...to catch up with the sun, but it's sinking.
Racing around, to come up behind you aGAIN.
The sun is the same, in a relative way, but you're older...
Shorter of breath, and one day closer to death.
