He clearly isn't comfortable in that role. I'm not sure that I've seen him get through two full sentences without stumbling over at least one word. I really wonder why ESPN is doing this.

completely agree. I was thinking this the two nights ago when I saw him on. I figured it was a one time thing. He's terrible. I believe it's a limited deal. ESPN anchors are just incredibly good at what they do-compare then to WLBT or another news affiliate. ESPN will kick him off before too long if indeed Rick is trying to be a fulltime anchor God forbid.
