I think that is correct. If they go worse than last year...I think it is safe to say he is going to "retire" and probably come up with a sweet excuse like his wife misses the Northwest. All parties will part ways in a very well mannered way.What do you mean by "safe"? If you mean not fired-there is no way a 5-4 conference record would get him fired nor should it. Barring a major regression from last year, his job is safe at least for another year.
