Let's examine Jeff for a second.

Jeff is viewed as preying on an underage girl (Kelly). He acted as a "dirty mack," specifically targeting someone in a committed relationship, which was framed as a "creepy" grooming situation.

As the manager at The Max, Jeff was Kelly's boss. He used his position of authority to manipulate and pursue her, which is a significant ethical breach. Jeff was a college student/young adult, generally cited as being around 22-24, while Kelly was still in high school (16–17).

Despite acting superior to Zack, Jeff quickly proved to be a hypocrite by cheating on Kelly with another woman.

Dude was stealing folks' girlfriends in every movie/show he did

If Izzy had lived, and he hadn't had his brain sucked out, he'd have had a 3-some with her and Denise Richards while Rico ate a taco

Its amazing SBTB was only on for 4 years. Even with that Ms Bliss show and the College years, it was just 6 years...
For only being 4 seasons, that show's decades long influence on pop culture has been massive. Its like Gilligan's Island only being 3 seasons. Crazy.
