Wow a whole bunch of RIPs this week. Had the opportunity to see Joey as well as Denny Laine a few years ago on the It Was 50 Years Ago Today Tour with Rundgren and Christopher Cross. Great show and glad I got to see Joey and Denny, both now gone.

Boy, Badfinger is example #1 of “Bands that got screwed over by their manager.”
Badfinger had a couple of absolutely great 'play 'em loud and sing along' songs, including Day After Day and Baby Blue.
Baby Blue as the music to take the viewers through the ending scene of Breaking Bad is, imo, the greatest song-to-film pairing ever. Like, someone is cutting onions-level good imo. And no doubt we could all think of many, many who are contenders in that category.
