Not so much snarky, but it was really petty for John to let us know he outran Peter right in the middle of the resurrection story (John 20:3-6)

Eh…Jesus whipped people and flipped tables.
He also answered a tithe question with a fairly snarky, “Give unto Caesar what is Caesar’s and give unto God what is God’s.”

There are plenty of other examples of snark throughout the Bible. The worldly view of Christians as weak, meek and mild is not in any way a reflection of true Christianity.
