I cant figure out why we dont have more more Mississippi players on this list.

Why isnt Jermaine Whitehead on the list? He has offers from Notre Dame, Tennessee, Auburn, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Stanford, MSU etc...

What does it take to make the top 250? I saw one kid on there who only had one offer from Indiana and he made it.
