Riverheads/Buffalo Gap JV Game Moved to Monday

Heard this from a very good source. So that means the Big Red will double up next week. Riverheads will have the Gap at home on Monday and Stuarts Draft, also at home, on Thursday. If I am not mistaken, the Bison have already played Fort Defiance, so after Monday they might be through for the season.

Pretty sure other JV games were played. Also, Riverheads historically has no issue hosting in the pouring rain. Wonder why it got moved?

Oh, I saw a lot of traffic and the Football lights on at the Wilson football field so I assumed they were playing. Oh well.

The varsity plays in the rain. Never saw the jvs play in the rain.

Well that aswers that. I thought a couple of those ninth graders were in the 300lb range. Maybe they are on the varsity team. I really thought the varsity o-line only started one real big kid.
