In Marshmellow's article this morning, Nkemdiche states that he has not had much contact with our coaching staff. I am sure there is a legitimate reason that our coaches haven't been calling him, but does anyone have any idea what it would be?<div>
</div><div>I mean, he is the #1 recruit in the country. It seems to me that we may not have thought we had much of a shot at him, but after he tweeted out that we were a factor, then I would think that our coaching staff would have been calling him as much as possible. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.</div>

but rather a lack of interest with him. He and Kamara were supposed to stop by State after their LSU visit but chose not to. If you can't get a guy like him to even visit then you aren't going to get him. He has talked up every single school he has been associated with so until you see him here on an actual visit, I wouldn't get your hopes up too much. Its always nice to have the consensus #1 saying nice things about your school, but again, I wouldn't put too much stock in his interest until you can at least get him to campus.

I am not saying that our staff dropped the ball. In fact I have so much trust in this staff that I believe their is a real reason they haven't had much contact with. However, it is interesting that the kid would be quoted saying what he said. The article makes it seem like he wants us the call but we really haven't. Again, I am sure we called in the past, and their is a good reason why we are not calling now, but it seems that once the he tweeted out that he was interested in us, we would have said, "hmmm maybe we should call this cat back"...

...a teenage searching for info, I have come to the conclusion that the "Mississippi State" tweet was an attempt to increase followers. He's desperate to reach 6,000 based on recent tweet. It worked...I followed.

Because Nkemdhfygvhjbvfh is more than likely full of **** about most of the stuff he has been saying. He's eating this attention up and as much as his ego is being fed right now, I doubt a phone call from Wilson or Mullen is high on his list of priorities. A "pre-madonna", you might say.

I wouldn't worry about what the staff is or isn't doing withhis recruiting process at this point, or ever. I'm sure they know more aboutthe situation than we ever will.

MSU when it comes to getting into the league... look at what's happened since he's arrived.. some of the players he's put in the league were not big time recruits but are now getting paid by NFL teams.. with today's cable t.v., internet and all, you can get to the NFL thru us just as easy as any of the bigger programs... at this point, I'll put Mullen's player development up against anybody's....

you mix "mold miss" into the conversation. That will seal him for us for sure! He can become a first round draft pick at any school he wants to. And unless he is a bust he will pretty quickly become a starter anywhere that he chooses, too.

Look I want him as much as anyone but none of your points actually mean anything...

I'm technically not a booster, so I am willing to be the bag man. If you wish to contribute to the "Scholarship for Underprivileged Children of Nigerian Immigrants," please send me cash, and I will make sure it gets to the most deserving candidate by February 2013
