considering who he was being compared against. but, it's good to know we can probably expect some quality play from tyler .. I remember there was some speculation that he wasn't going to pan out.

99% of that speculation was on message boards by people that don't even know what Tyler Russell looks like.

While I like what he give to the team but I do not really consider Refl a QB. He is more like a RB that can throw.

Chrisler Relfsell. He will be powered by a fuel developed by CAVS called "Vroom Maroon"

You see, that is why Byrne is saying that we didn't get the full presentation on Vroom Marroon.

There are a couple of South Panola folks that want him to fail since he snapped their streak or they sure as hell act like they do.

If we had pulled his red shirt and it produced a sixth win would it have been worth it. I say yes.

I read it the same way you did at first. It doesn't say "By mid-October Tyler Russellwill bethe best qb on the team." It says he was the best by mid-October of 2009.

Which then begs the question of whether he should've been playing by late October of 2009.

We have seen what winning does for a recruiting. Bowling vs not bowling is a huge difference.

The right decision was made to red shirt him. He had a chance to grow up physically and mentally. I trust Mullen on this. He knows more about QB's than all of us put together.

The Sarge has spoken.
