there are not too many other people around the SEC that knows the NCAA rules as well as Rocky. It was a funny joke and I am sure mullen is not the first to use it.

But he has definitely got connections across the state in all the high schools. Mullen was no doubt joking but for the rest of you who aren't- for crying out loud lay off. He is an asset to recruiting and has connections no one else on this staff has and can most likely get our coaches in places they would otherwise have to fight to get in.
