And think players who used them (the performance enhancing steroids, not some prednisone used in a clinical setting) should not get into the HOF, but I find it ridiculous that Congress forces these players to testify under oath over something that is not a crime and not under the purview of Congress. What they do is force players to testify where they have everything to lose by confessing to steroid use. Of course, they say they never used it. At this point a crime has finally been committed and they can go after the player on criminal charges.
