Just checking in with everyone to see how everybody's doing. If you could, let's do roll call and tell us a little something about what's going in your life. There are some regular posters that I haven't seen or heard from in a while so just drop us a line. Keep the discussion positive.

For me I'm staying in as much as possible out of this heat and humidity. I do go out and take pictures which I enjoy. I'm going to miss fall football, but I'll miss the people I see and talk with during the season even more.

History will record 2020 as the year when everything changed.
Glad I am still around to see it.
Like most folk; this year has moved us out of our comfort zone
and we will have to rethink all that we do.
I am very sure that we are smart enough to figure it out
and to create a new normal.

If the VHSL doesn't want to go bankrupt, football MUST happen.
Schools will experience pain and the VHSL may have to adjust operating realities but, highly unlikely being public entities(in the case of schools) and public/private(in the case of the VHSL) that anybody is going bankrupt. The VHSL used to(per older financial reports) have decent fund balances unless they pissed it all away on buildings or other "programs".

Vaccines are going to the elderly first, and with underlying conditions. High school football players will be way down the list.
