RHJ (and Dowtin) both received qualifying offers from the Raptors.
Making them restricted free agents (Raptors can match any contract offer they receive).

This means RHJ will get a chance to earn another two-way with them for next year.

Summer League starts next week and will be big for RHJ.

Delano Banton, who was a Raptors forward and played the same position as Harper signed with the Celtics. One less forward to compete against. It is interesting that he may be competing for a spot this summer with former Iowa player Joe Weiskamp.
