the crib too long. This team is really like the 2008 version of Gilligan's Island except Ginger & Mary Ann could probably hit with runners on base better than these castaways. Maybe the reason Ron Polk is getting ejected so much is because he ashamed to be on the same field with this pitiful excuse 12th place cellar dweller baseball team. This is completely a bunch of bull-**** that never should have ever happend . Old Ronny should just go on ahead & eject himself into retirement before he even eats his pancakes in the morning.( When he lost "it", he lost it bigtime.) I f he had a woman of the house around to impress, I think we would have been alot better the last several years. He can kiss my *** on the courtyard lawn & I'll give him 2 weeks to draw a crowd.
and the coach doesn't even care. that is what pisses me off the most. if the rumors are true about a lot of players transferring if raffo isn't hired, then i say good riddance, because these guys are showing that they are nothing but a bunch of quitters who don't even care. as a matter of fact, i hope that whoever we do bring it kicks them all off except maybe 2 or 3 guys...even if it means we have to field some kinda of intramural team for next year...hell it couldn't be any worse than it is now, and at least those guys would try to play and win.
I agree with that. Having watched from a somewhat neutral perspective, it does look like Polk has lost most of the team. State usually swaggers into Hattiesburg. This might well have been SE La. wearing maroon and gray.
