Root Cause/Liability Report on the BP Disaster

Thanks to DS for hosting the file on SPS for me.

I know I've beaten this horse for a few weeks... and this will probably be the last you hear of it from me, unless something earth-shaking happens.

MorganStanley put out a pretty long report on some possible root cause scenarios and then dived into where the blame and liability will fall. Long read, but pretty good one if you're interested... It'sa PDFfile, so make sure you atleast have ADOBE Reader.

...although in the report, I am disappointed that under the section that describes impacts to stocks, they leave out BP. Duh. Perhaps the damages are too uncertain to make a prediction there.
