I know the 5 for 5 is for sure but did the roster size of 30 ever get finalized? If so maybe the Amato decommitment Is a byproduct of this. I would certainly think other college commits elsewhere will be affected also

Yes, though it is 30 plus exempted athletes. I have no idea how many of those there are.
The guys who were grandfathered in after the judge overseeing the settlement objected to anyone already on a roster, or about to join one last year, might lose a spot due to the limits. The exemption from roster limits attaches to the athlete until they graduate and wherever they go. And I think the actual term is designated athlete rather than exempted as I originally said.

It isn't. Schools can now offer up to 30 but basically everyone has stuck with the 9.9 so far.
PSU has 30. Not sure how many Iowa has. ASU has somewhere around 22.
PSU did 10.8 last year. They did give wrestling a healthy amount of revenue sharing, which spends much better than wrestling scholarships.
