Everyone always referencing Massey baffles me
Yet there is a large contingent that want to use computers to seed teams in the playoffs over what we have now. That being said the more data points their algorithm has, the more accurate it should be. It was pretty on point for Morris all year, minus the last game of the year, but odds are it didn't factor in 8 turnovers by Morris.

I live in Lagrange but my thought is LT has one of the worst football facilities
They fixed the crazy change in elevation in the south end zone a few years ago. Since it seems to be a pretty standard stadium for the western suburbs. Artificial turf field with a video board.

Is BMac going to be able to hang with IC? My gut says IC runs away…but am I underestimating BMac?
Bmac has some special skill players and are extremely tough to stop. #1 will be the best player on the field and is the fastest player I’ve seen in a long time. Just not sure if they will get enough stops.

Also, the biggest “opposite of a must see game” and the reason seeding needs to be updated will be Richmond Burton @ Aurora Central Catholic 😉

PR Francis. 5A title game?
Agree it’s a great matchup but strongly disagree it’s the “title game”. Cary Grove is a different team than at the beginning of the season and the south bracket has several teams who could absolutely win it all, Providence included. 5A is a toss up.

I was surprised by their facility. Field itself is nice but for the money the area has you’d think they’d have better bleachers. Probably 50 years old.

Bishop Mac @ IC Catholic

Mac doesn’t seem to have the defense to hold up. I think IC will win convincingly.

Also, MAC might have the hardest potential path I’ve ever seen for a 9-0 team.

My pick off the top of my head for GOTW is Coal City @ Dixon.
I’m sure there are others. Need to see if I can find a good one to hit on Saturday before the 6pm game at Seneca.

Downers Grove North @ Glenbard West should have been the best matchup but apparently DGNs 2-way Purdue line commit (#65) had a bad knee injury and is out. Best single player I’ve seen live all season — just a fantastic player. A monster. Really unfortunate. DGN can still exploit GWs secondary but it’s going to be tough.

That is a huge loss. Still going to be a great matchup. Rivalry rematch should look similar to the York/LT game from this week.

In a perfect world, I'll be at Waterloo v. Rochester Friday night, then at another game [Idk which one yet, thinking Roxana v. SJO or Breese v. Freeburg] Saturday afternoon.

The Wing-T proved to be Rochester's undoing last year, can the Bulldogs pull another big upset? Shells and Spartans had a barn-burner when they played a couple years ago. Midgets have lost 7 in a row to the Cougars, including a 49-0 beatdown earlier this year...will this one be any different?
