and guaranteed to go up tomorrow, win or lose.

A win raises our RPI by at least 0.0133 (currently 44th)
A loss raises our RPI by at least 0.0033 (currently 51st)

Pretty clear cut because none of our opponents are playing (50% of the RPI). Some of our opponents' opponents may be playing, but the factor is so minuscule that it won't affect it that much.

I think we probably need to win to make sure.

I am not on the Minnesota or Illinois bandwagon, muchless both of them. Florida and Ole Miss are 2 of about 6 teams that deserve bids over both of them.

We passed Florida in the RPI, that helps. Houston did not help.

It looks like, as of now, there are two spots for four teams. Minnesota, Mississippi State, Florida, Illinois whether I agree with it or not.

If Ohio State destroys Minnesota tomorrow, and we play it close, I think we're in with Illinois edging out Florida for the last spot.
If Minnesota beats Ohio State or plays it close and we play it close, I think we're in with Minnesota.
If Minnesota beats Ohio State and we get blown out, I think Minnesota and Florida get in.

Scoresheet:
We want Ohio State to kick the dogshit out of Minnesota, just for extra security.
Florida wants Minnesota to win and us to get killed.
Illinois wants Ohio State to win big and us to lose.
Minnesota wants to play it close. The only way Illinois gets in over them is if OSU beats them badly.

That said, I think barring Utah State getting upset, we have taken Florida's spot.
