Since it is split after qualifying, shouldn't 1A have 11 one way and 12 the other instead of 10 and 13?

I also noticed that there are more than 48 in the east vs west for other divisions so curious if they did the top 48 and split them and then just placed the non qualifying teams on respective sides? Which could definitely switch teams that are close to the split if they end up qualifying or not.

Yes you are right about splitting with 1A equal on both sides but TBH until final standings are in we won’t know who is one which side. I just tried to give a good round about where teams are within the east or west

It will be 11/12 if we have 23 teams

My question is how come Sallie B Howard is ranked by ever body but nchsaa doesn't give the an seeding(RPI)

Seems almost impossible to predict the seeding when we don't even know who plays 11 man or 8.
8 man football shouldn't even be listed with the 11 man. It's a different sport.
Thanks.
