RPI Week 7. Also East / West separated at the bottom

No way to know true East and West until last RPI is released. Appears you are using either past regions for the schools or a dividing line in the state.
Grizzly Devil understands the seeding process and his projections (along with those on other sites) are dead on. There is no more pre-determined East or West as you have included in the link. Sure some of the Eastern most teams will be in the East and same way with West, but there will be a handful of schools (especially in 4A) usually in the West that will be seeded in the East this season.
Take the top 48 in the RPI, then use longitude point for eash to determine the region each will be placed. As I said, Grizzly Devil does a great job with this as do other sites that require a subscription.

I know that, I just tried to break it down as reasonable as possible. Just a list nothing more nothing less.
I absolutely know nothing about RPI, but I promise you this is no where close to how they will finish.
It will be more realistic towards the end of the season when teams plays their conference schedule
