Feel free to add as needed:
1. First game needs to be a DII school at home. We set the world record for turnovers last year against LSU and the non-BCS record for turnovers this year against LA Tech. We are clearly never ready for the opener.
2. Top assistants are necessary. If you get a giant raise, maybe you should spread it around a bit to surround yourself with people who can get the job done.
3. (not all of these are bad) Keep your nose to the grind stone. You are apparently amazing with folks one-on-one and have learned a ton about successful recruiting. Keep working to get top players. It'll make your job a ton easier.
4. Spend some more time getting prepared for the UM game. We have looked terrible in this game every year (last year is not an exception, but I'll take the win).
5. Worry about special teams. It is important and consistently kicks our asses.
6. Keep the PR train rolling. The NCAA would be crucified if they even hinted at looking our way right now.
