Its a damn rumor and yall are already talkin **** about Ravern. That is very typical of most of you. You should just wait to see if the rumor is true then do your thing rippin' on our own players. Pathetic!!

How this is "talkin ****" about Ravern:

Ravern has become a very good offensive player. He has also
scored more points than anybody else on the team. It sucks that, if
the rumor is true, we will be playing the #2 team in the nation without
our best point producer.

But I wish Kodi and Osby didn't stand 25 ft from the basket the entire time on offense. Why can't at least one of them help JV down low? What good is it to have the bigs in there if they are essentially playing as guards?

Stans thinks that they can take their man off the dribble when they play outside and it opens up the lane for JV. I would like to see Kodi and Osby play more with their back to the basket.

Some people really can't gain weight legally, but I'm skeptical that we have a team full of people like that (Renardo excepted obviously, if you consider him on the team). But Akins was also at MSU when we hadgood strength and conditioning, and I'm skeptical that we had a team full of players that justdid it on their own, so apparently he is aware of the concept that working out can make people stronger and help them gain weight.

My best guess is that he's gotten complacent.Ravern would be a gamechanger if hecared about defense and hadsome more muscle to help on D and O.

Varnado's prop prospects would look a lot different too, although I can believe that he would be a person that has trouble gaining weight.

Like I said, it could be a fluke, but Stansbury's apparent abandonment of strength and conditioning is one of the biggest strikes against him in my book. It just makes it seem like he's become complacent.

Because it doesn't matter if you score 18 if you are responsible for letting the opposition score 30. Points are pretty but defense wins.

i wish those stats were kept somewhere. NBA teams are using them more and more (the rockets use these type stats heavily).
