someone correct me if i'm wrong, but i think this is how the supplemental draft works. each team in order of worst to first gets a claim on this guy per round just like the regular draft. you can put a 1st 2nd 3rd etc pick on a guy. this is where i am unsure but i think whoever ends up getting the guy has to give up that pick next year????
