This is very bad news. Defensive line looked very different with him out.

It was on the 4th down scramble play in the second quarter when Leavitt dove for the sideline and came up short. You can kinda see it on replay, he was pursuing and his leg bent awkwardly, he tried to backpedal and keep going but it gave out on him.
He is an injury prone player. Hopefully we can start getting some more complete transfer players in the future.
A huge blow. The D-line wasn't even close to the same after he went out.
He spent his first 3 seasons in JUCO. If the courts end up deciding that JUCO years don't count toward eligibility then he should have at least a few more years left even though he is already classified as a grad student. Just hang around and get his PHD
