We have some great coaches on this staff now in 2024. A mix of young and older guys who project to the players their expertise and love for football. Flats, Harasymiak , Ciarrocca are part of why Schiano’s detractors need to enjoy the ride ahead.

Great coach who took what was once a downtrodden unit and got them to believe in themselves and work as a cohesive unit. Coaching matters a lot more on the Oline, as you try to make five work as one. You could see their improvement as missed assignments were kept to minimum.

He's dialed-in - knows what he wants and how to get there.
He made the mistakes and went down the dead end roads.
Now its "you do this like this 1000 times."
