The only thing Reed did wrong today was to remove his cap. Needs at least some spray on for that fivehead.

Sergio noted a couple of putts he just missed, but neglected to mention the tree. How often does a tree help your shot? Sergio isn't as bad as he used to be and I've softened on him, but he's still way down the list of my favorites.

I'm not much of a Bubba fan, but you have to give him credit for legitimately wanting to be a part of the team after getting snubbed. You could tell the win meant a lot to him even though he didn't play. He's back on my good side for now.

Was hoping Snedeker would get the clinching point once the outcome was inevitable. Other than Reed, he was the most demonstrative player out there for the Americans. He was so pumped a couple times it looked like he was having a seizure.

Great day of golf and football.

Bubba showed a lot more emotion in his interview than Tiger did. Tiger with short answers to every question he was asked.

Yeah, not the best weekend for Tiger. The footage of him being asked to step aside for the team picture, then asked to step aside again. Then his interview today, it was like he was pissed at the world. Close your eyes and he sounded just like a pissed Obama.

My problem with Bubba's interview though was how he sounded like he was taking credit for winning the thing. You were a cheerleader this week, Bubba. That's all.

Also, the course was setup easy. Obviously. Not sure why that's an issue, doesn't need to be setup like Sunday at US Open. They wanted theater and scoring. They can trick it up in Paris 2 years from now.

From Rose saying the course was setup like a Pro Am to Sergio saying Phil was making bombs on him to Willett having to be bleeped twice in the press conference that was awful to watch. Rory was actually likable in the press conference and I am no fan of his.

Who wins the Safeway Open in two weeks? That's when they get back to making $$$$.

Sergio reminds me of that snot-nosed crying kid on the playground complaining about how his milk was knocked out of his hands by another student accidentally while playing kickball.

Exactly. Look for Oakmont on steroids and land mines in Paris.

Fowler has the expression of a drunk who just crop dusted them all, or a guy who just kissed all those women before the others did.

Did I miss something? Didn't everyone have to play the same course?

Screw the Euros. They all smell bad anyway.

Exactly. If it was that easy, Rosie, you would have beaten Fowler.

That picture is amazing. Rickie seems to really get being a super famous mid 20 athlete.

Euros are always sour when they lose the cup , José Maria Olazábal was a whiny batch after the 99 comeback . Excuses when they lose , USA usually graciously blames themselves when they lose .

I watched their press conference following the matches today. I didn't get the impression that some on here are getting. I thought they were pretty respectful and gracious in their defeat. I didn't hear any excuse making other than Rose. Rose's comment was the only thing I had an issue with. He came off as whining about the loss, but other than him I thought most were good sports about losing.

Yea well , you're still in timeout for designating Westwood a putting assassin .

Westwood popped off a line about being called a turd this week when they were talking about the fans. I thought that sounded a bit bitchy when everyone else praised the US team and co-captains trying to control it.
